My party came in tonight at about 9. We were taken to our table and waited for service. Our server had ZERO personality and we were about to order an app and cocktails and she just walked off..... She did not come back around for over 5 minutes and then we had to flag her over. We ordered our app and main at the same time. She didn't refill any drink and then she had no suggestion or even what variations were served when asked about the margarita selection. Nearly 10 mins passed before she picked up the drink at the bar and did not even stop as she dropped it off on the table. She LITERALLY sat it on the edge and kept walking. Once again, she did not refill the same empty glass. About 10ish mins later she ran out our main entrees..... When asked about the appetizer she was like... Oh they are really behind in the kitchen, I'll go tell them to get them out. Firstly, why bother now that we have our meal.... Secondly, YOU should have made sure we received our apps before our meal, YOU are the server. (Still no refill) The sandwiches were ok at best. The fries weren't even hot; no that it would matter because our server didn't come back for another 10ish mins. Next thing we know she is dropping off the appetizer, mind you, we are halfway (or more) through our meal. We couldn't refuse it because she just walked off. She finally asked if she could refill the tea that had been empty since she took our order. The pita was nice and warm and soft but the steak in my sandwich was not warm and fairly chewy/rough, as I said before the fries weren't even hot. The place had an okay atmosphere. The wait was about 10 minutes which is understandable as it was around 12 when we got in there. We sat down the waitress came to us we order cokes which were good. We order the cheese rolls, which were the best thing on the menu in my opinion. After that we waited on our food while snacking on the cheese rolls and when it got there the side salad my mother had ordered with no tomatoes had tomatoes on it. Usually she would just pick them out however these were already mixed thoughout the salad so before the waitress left my mother kindly asked for her to send it back to the kitchen and asked for them to remake it with no tomatoes. The waitress left and came back around 2 minutes later with the same salad but with the few tomatoes the were on the top of the salad was gone, however the ones that were mixed up with it were not. My mother then got up and went to the kitchen herself to ask and they basically said there was nothing they could do. She then asked for the manager and came back to our table. After about 5 munutes the manager came out and asked how she could help. My mother told her the situation and asked if she could instead have fries. The manager said that would be alright and apologized. She brought them to our table. After that the waitress came about 2 more times throighout our hour and twenty minute stay. Had a great experience at this Restaurant and definitely one to check out if you are in the mood for some tasty gyros. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. This restaurant is clean, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Vegetarian friendly. The restaurant is a casual and laid back setting. I ordered the stuffed falafel gyro with a side of hash browns (which are just smaller cut fries compared to having regular large fries). You have the option of adding toppings to your gyro which is an additional charge per topping adding. I decided to add pesto hummus to my gyro which I loved. The food was delicious And very much enjoyed. This meal was very filling. As a first time customer, I was pleasantly surprised at being given complimentary dessert which consisted of crispy fried pita bread pieces topped with cinnamon and glaze with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Very sweet and could not finish the whole thing. Would be a great shared dessert option. Overall, wonderful experience and will be heading back to try other options...
