Food is simply ok. Too much money for very little food. $6 for a bowl of soup would be reasonable if the actual bowl was a BOWL full. The bowl was half full amounting to a barely a 1 1/2 cups. I've gone in and ordered and the sandwiches are over priced since there's hardly any meat/lettuce/tomato on the sandwich. You're supposed to get utensils when you call in an order and EVERY SINGLE TIME they forget them. No crackers (although this time I was supposed to get tortilla chips and they weren't in the bag either). The last time I called in a salad and a bowl of soup. When she said how long I said "15 min" she said "it'll be ready". I showed up 20 min later and had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they hadn't even started it. The soup is premade-pour it in a bowl. They had the salad I ordered pre-made in thier "Lunch-to-go" cooler so they could have grabbed one of those. Or started a fresh one when I had ordered. It was 2:00pm when I ordered. THEY WERE NOT BUSY. There was a couple in there sitting at one of the tall tables. THAT'S IT! I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. I've tried several times and it's a waste of money and time. UPDATE I contacted Peppers to notify them of the trouble I've had. The franchise owner called me and personally apologized. He assured me he was going to take care of it. This was originally rated 1-star but due their efforts to make it right I've bumped it up to 3. I will go back to try again and let you know how it goes. UPDATE #2 I did go back to Peppers. They've drastically changed. The food is better. The portions are reasonable. The staff is more friendly. They definitely listen. Bravo to the owner of this franchise for taking control his business and putting the customer's happiness first. I will continue to visit thanks to their impressive...
Read moreTuesday , FEB. 20.2018, On my lunch break I went to this location and ordered chili taco nacho , I had to return TO THE DRIVE THROUGH TWICE. The first time my salad was just thrown together & missing ingredients although it was a TO GO order, therefore all of the ingredients are usually placed in small containers, they fixed that cool . So, I get ready to pull off and look in my bag with my nachos and I literally had 5 nachos at the most in the bag even the employee at the drive thru was embarrassed !! He informed me that the guy in the back was new , it was just annoying that I had to keep returning over a simple order . Didn’t plan on going back , HOWEVER, today February 22.2018 my mother insisting on coming here for lunch . She ordered chili nachos and GUESS WHAT? After waiting over 20 min her order was wrong . We returned her item , & the guy who was making the order YELLED WITH AN ATTITUDE “THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID THEY WANTED IT MADE A DIFFEFENT WAY”, however, AGAIN IT WAS A TO GO ORDER the ingredients are placed in containers for you to fix it up yourself at your convience, not just thrown together in one big box for it to be cold & soggy before you reach your destination . & she was missing ingredients as well !! He was not paying attention to our ticket that clearly stated it was A TO GO ORDER!! Even the cashier agreed that my mother order was WRONG! We asked to speak with a manager and was informed THE GUY THAT HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH US IS THE GENERAL MANAGER BY THE NAME OF ALEX TUBB!! Great just great !!! MR. TUBBS JUST LOST SWEET PEPPERS some money . Not bc the order was wrong but because HE WAS RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC! Wasted half of our lunch break! & I will be informing others how horrible the customer...
Read moreProbably one of the least impressive places I've been to. It tries very hard to be a new "trendy" sandwich shop similar to Panera Bread. In fact, it's essentially a carbon copy. However, the food is nowhere near a copy. The portion sizes are that of a child's menu, the flavor is barely there, and the cost is atrocious for what you get. I ordered a $10 Smoked Brisket Sandwich expecting to get a slice of brisket, few pieces of cheese, onions and some fancy horseradish sauce to top it off. What I got was a shaved roast beef sandwich with 3 small 2 inch pieces of raw onion, single slice of cheese, on a bun that had possibly been ran over by a car in the parking lot it was so flat. I assumed the sandwich was incorrect, but to my surprise these 3 paper-thin slices of roast beef are what they attempt to pass off as smoked brisket... If I could slap the creator of this disturbing concept of a failed restaurant idea I would....
