Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

(NEWEST REVIEW) Do not eat at this Pizza Hut. Please save your money. I wish I could give them zero stars. I decided to give this Pizza Hut another try and regretted it. I wasted $40 on pizza I threw in the garbage. It was still doughy. The cheese sticks weren't even good and they use to be great every single time. The pizza isn't good even when it is cooked. They have changed.. the service at the store is still really great but the food is not. I called to see if I could do something about it. She said to being it in and let the manager look at it and they might make me another one. I didn't worry with it.

(NEW REVIEW) ⬇️ I no longer like this Pizza Hut at all. They got rid of the entire staff that was previously there (which i loved) and hired all new people. The inside even looks different. I've gotten pizza only twice since the change but will find another one. I don't like it there at all now. The pizza is different and isn't good.

As a delivery driver for an app I won't name. I can attest to most of these reviews. I've witnessed them lie to customers about orders. I've stopped taking any orders that come from here because they always take forever. One day, I went in, and they told customers they were changing the grease and orders would he cooked shortly. No one was changing any grease. People were just standing around. I've witnessed them answer the phone and tell them they were busy and to hold on and just set the phone down and walk off and never come back to it. Needless to say, after about the 5th time of going to pick up and order and witnessing all this several times, I stopped accepting from here. It's miserable hot bc they have no ac and are always dripping sweat. I can only imagine how much gets on the food. The manager is a huge problem with the store, to be honest! I will NEVER order from them again!!! I ordered at 5:30 PM three hours go by NO PIZZA!! Kept telling me my pizza was on its way still NO PIZZA!!The store stops answering the phone!! So you’re only get to talk to the call centers representatives!! They do their best to help! After waiting on my order for 3 1/2 hours and calling the call center five times I was told that the store wrote in the system attempted to deliver. LIES!!!Keep in mind. I have cameras around my home. After threatening to get a lawyer, the store manager finally decided to get on the phone and admit that the driver never came to my home and that there was miscommunication between the two🤦🏾‍♀️the truth was they ran out of dough 🤦🏾‍♀️to make matters worse this just occurred again tonight!!!
