Ok so I'm not one to make bad reviews but tonight we went to their drive thru we ordered and they asked us to pull up to wait. At this point it is raining hard and I see the car behind me had to do the same they ended up going inside to grab their food. Me not wanting to get went and the whole point of the drive thru avoided going in until I seen they got their food and was stacking our boxes. At this point I'm not irritated I brushed it off as no big deal. So my wife stayed in the car right in front of the doors so she could see in. I walked up with my recipe and they had everything except my 2 litter soda I said it's just missing the soda and the manager said it's over in the fridge so I went and grabbed it no big deal. I walked out to the car and my wife asked what happened and once I told her she said the manager made a snotty facial gesture behind my back. After finding this out I was pretty upset because I was nothing but understand to having to walk in and get my food in the rain even tho I ordered in the drive thru. I asked one of the workers that was there what her managers name was and she said it was Jenny. This employee was super nice maybe she needs to teach her manager some customer service. I went to go in & the door was locked. Lady did to use the other door, so I did. Why were their lights off & their main door locked 20 minutes before closing?!
They didn't have my order. They said it was cancelled. That I'd get a refund. But that would be via online & back to my credit card. Well, that was like 3 weeks ago & it's still not refunded.
Luckily I asked if they had anything they could give me like a hot & ready or something. There was 1 pizza sitting there, but she said no, so I figured it was there for a customer or them to take home. She did have the guy make me a pizza though it wasn't what I ordered & they gave it to me.
While I was waiting another lady came in for her order & they didn't have it either, so they made her a pizza also. They also gave her the pizza I saw sitting there as they forgot about it. Read moreTried to get some pizza on my way home from newport. There was 40 minutes until closing. I tried to order online but the store was not receiving orders. I tried calling thrrr times but know one would answer. I pulled up to the store with 25 minutes left. The manager walked to the back as I was walking up. The door was locked. There was clearly some items already made and sitting in the warmers. I pulled into the drive up window. As I did, I could see the manager shaking his head while the other workers laughed. I asked if they had any hot and ready items in which they stated they did not. She said it would take ten to 15 minutes for them to cook one. I also asked if they had any breadsticks. She stated they were not making them. I clearly saw items up front. I presume the items in the warmer were for them to take home. I didnt press the issue because I really didn't want my food messed with. My main issue was there attitudes. I get they didn't want to make anymore so close to closing. I'm not a jerk so I wasn't going to ask them to make something. By this time I just wanted to know if they had anything hot and ready which they clearly lied about.
