came in asked for a “trim” a barber sat me down put a cape on me got his items ready then asked what i wanted in detail, i then described to him i just wanted a trim not to much cut on top and immediately he told me “Im not comfortable touching your hair” then made excuses like yea man i don’t just do trims i don’t touch that type of hair bro, keep in mind i have a very common hair, im hispanic with long straight brown hair, i then basically had to walk out, there was 4 other guys there and apparently none of them new how to cut straight brown hair too because none of them offered a chair, DONT GO here if you have straight...

I usually NEVER leave reviews (especially bad ones), but when we came in we weren't greeted or anything.. its like your invisible. Sat down with my two boys & husband for them to get a haircut & had been sitting there for about 10-15 minutes when another customer came in for a cut as well.. They then proceeded to ask the same customer that had came in 10-15 minutes after us to get in the chair, started cutting his hair & didn't say a word to us. 10 years of amazing service, I love the family. They have cared for both my husband and my son. I never had problems and we never gone anywhere else. They are family to us anytime we come back here.
