A friend of mine went to Burger King in Havelock on Saturday November 9th to purchase me a special order bacon double cheeseburge . I wrote down exactly what I wanted on a note pad being extremely specific: bacon double cheeseburger with extra cheese, extra bacon, onions, NO pickles and NO mustard which she just handed the paper with the instructions. Now I would understand if my friend ordered other items along with my order but no the only order was my burger. By the time she brought me back my order I was so hungry I couldn't wait to eat....I happily unwrapped the burger and bit right in....within seconds I was spitting up the bit of food inside my mouth! Such a simple single order and they got it all messed up! There was mustard when the paper said NO mustard; there was pickles when once again the paper said NO pickles....needless to say what I did want inside the burger was not added neither!
This is not a first time or occasional problem, this happened more times than not. I must say that they ARE capable of making your order correct BUT you will need not use their drive thru and not just them bag your order and leave....check check check it! The only way I found that they WILL make your order correct is by you, as a customer, walk into the restaurant, place your order, WATCH them make the order and check it before you leave and/or bite into it.
PS - I also find this issue to be true for KFC and McDonald's all in havelock; they will mess up an order (old, cold and/or prepare incorrectly) unless you have the time and not...

As I’m trying to order my food, he clearly wasn’t listening and messed almost my whole order up. Forgot several burgers, my fries, my only ketchup burger was all messed up. The drink machine was completely out, they had to make drinks behind counter and messed them up too. When I went back up to counter to ask them to fix the stuff they messed up, they all had attitudes, rolling their eyes.    Read moreI have been through this location's drive-through several time in the past few weeks. The speaker doesn't work. On every occasion it was the same woman that took my order and was working the window. She didn't care.
I was told that the grilled chicken sandwiches, that I had ordered, would take five minutes. I pulled up. Twelve minutes, later I drove around and went through the drive-through again.
While I sat behind a customer in the drive-through lane, at the 17 minute mark, I observed an employee that appear to be looking for me in the front of the building.
I don't know what is going on at this location. It really sucks because I really like Burger King and have never received this type of service there.
It is clear the the management doesn't seem to care about the corporate standards.
