I ordered a spooktacular polar pizza for my niece's birthday. When we originally called we were told we had to order online which I did. I went to pick it up today and was first told they didn't have my order. I showed my receipt and was told that my order was for yesterday and I didn't pick it up so they didn't have it. I was never notified by phone nor email that I didn't pick up my order, which seems a little odd. When I asked what I needed to do to get my niece a cake for Friday they got the shift lead who told me they didn't have that polar pizza until the 16th and there was nothing they could do because they didn't have the ice cream. I mentioned it was on the website and it gives people the option to order so perhaps the should take it down they just shrugged. When I again asked what I could do to get a cake for my niece and that I was definitely charged for my online order they finally told me I could get something else out the freezer. They never once apologized or acted like they wanted to fix the issue. I had to continuously lead them to the fact I still needed something to take home or a refund. First two choices they were out of, so I settled for something else. Then after waiting 15+ minutes for our order, we sat at a table and before we can finish, the girl comes right up behind me and starts sweeping under our table. After hitting my chair a few times with the broom and her standing right over top of me, I finally get up and ask her if I am in her way. She rolls her eyes, says no and then preceded to step between me and the table to finish sweeping at my husband's feet. We were the only people in the lobby, so it wasn't like she didn't have anywhere to clean that wouldn't inconvenience anyone, so why get all up on top of us? We got disgusted and left.
