I am a 31 year old local whoâs been eating at No Names since I was a little girl. Today we decided to try the Havelock location for family dinner. Of all the pizza options we have in Havelock, we chose yâall. I ordered two large pizzas, a pepperoni and a ham & pineapple. The girl on the phone repeated my order to me and gave me a total, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there a little early and had to wait about 10 minutes for the food, no biggie. When I got home my son told me that there was no pepperoni on the pizza we got just plain cheese, the ham & pineapple was fine. He was pretty disappointed, pepperoni is his favorite. I even pulled up the cheese on the pizza to check if they had put the pepperoni under it. When I called into the store to let them know, the girl on the phone talked to her manager and I could hear what he was saying to her before she told me. She told me that I was rung up for a cheese pizza and that if I wanted it corrected I would need to bring the pizza back and exchange it. It was already almost 8pm on a school night and I wasnât going to go back out, but most importantly thatâs a food safety violation to take food back thatâs already left your store. I asked if I could receive a credit for next time, and I heard the manager say that they would not credit it because I paid for cheese, I got a pizza, they wonât credit for an ordering mistake, and the girl that took my order was no longer working so they could not verify the mistake. I told the girl that it was pretty wrong of them, but I guess saving a few bucks is more important. I worked in pizza for 8 years and ran a pizza place for 3 years. Above all, we always took care of our customers and if we made a mistake, we owned it and made it right. We all know that some customers are dishonest but itâs pretty easy to weed them out when they order all the time and are never satisfied. When an honest customer is dissatisfied and given poor customer service they will tell 10 people at least, with the help of media it can reach many more. With all that being said, No Names you have lost a lifetime customer. There are a plenty of other great places my family and...

Last night, for dinner, I ordered the Spagetti and meatballs and got it to go. Needless to say, it was so delicious I am sitting here again for lunch to do it all over again. đ
The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is very inviting and a welcoming. The food, oh my good Lord. I cannot wait to try more off the menu. Today, I also for dessert, got their Baklava. Put a smile on my face from ear to ear.
Thank you guys for making mynightlast night and...
Read moreI was excited to try out the new No Name location in Havelock. I was a bit disappointed by the experience however. I always order a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, something relatively hard to mess up. Although I was dining in, I was served my salad in the bottom of a togo box. The salad was essentially a big pile of poorly chopped lettuce with what I believe was dry and overcooked shredded rotisserie chicken lumped on top of it, rather than the neatly sliced juicy chicken breast that you'd find in other No Name's. The price was definitely way too high for this sort of "fast-food" salad, at just over $20. Service was friendly however, and my food was brought to...
