Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Havelock

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET EXTREMELY SICK WITH FOOD POISONING AFTERWARDS!!! We ordered personal pan pizzas and wings and the toppings were of course different on the pizzas but mine was the only one with onions and sausage on it. After eating the food, 3 hours later I started getting violently sick. For the next 18 HOURS I got violently sick and couldn’t get off the toilet EVERY 10 minutes. No sleep , lost 12 lbs in 24 hours. I was so weak and dehydrated my wife took me to urgent care and they had to run an IV to give me medication and saline to try and hydrate me and stop the nausea. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on ANYONE. It was HELL. Worst 18 hours of my life. But what does Pizza Hut do ? Refund my money for the order and called it a day. They did refer me to their insurance company “intrepid direct insurance “ which is a joke. I felt like my suffering was worth a little compensation and possibly for any medical bills that the doctors office may send me . But they kept giving me excuses and saying there is no way to say it came from their food ??? Like sorry I didn’t scoop it out of the toilet so yall could examine it. They don’t care and never had any intention of helping me after what I went through. I hope this Pizza Hut closes its doors for good. Because something is WRONG in there. I hope anybody reads this so you don’t have to suffer like I did. I will NEVER spend a single penny at any...

First of all, I ordered carry out because I thought it'd be faster than waiting for someone to bring me the pizza since last time I got delivery and it took an hour and a half to bring something that takes 20 min to make at max and 15 minute drive plus when I called the woman gave me an attitude and was talking to me like I'm stupid. So I ordered online and went at the recommended time on the website (10-20 min). I get there and am forced to wait in a line at delivery window because entrance is locked (super inconvenient since you can't tell who is here for their order and who isn't). Well, I wait here for over 45 minutes for an order that had been ready for over an hour. At this point, at the least, I wanted a fake apology, but not only did I pay full price, my food wasn't even made correctly (gave me heavy sauce when I asked for light) AND I was forced to wait behind 2 more people on foot who rudely walked up to the window in front of me and got their order before me even though I had literally been waiting MUCH LONGER. And she served them first. 2 times is the charm, don't go to this Pizza Hut, worst service I've ever had in my life. Terrible management for this to literally be a habit...

This may or not be location specific, but the store on Main St in Havelock, NC will steal from you. They messed up a previous order & issued me a credit. At that time, I was not told about any specific rules for redemption of said credit. On May 26, I called the store to make an order & mentioned my credit. My order total used about half of my credit total. The person on the phone was very nice. Again, no mention of perhaps wanting to order more due to any credit redemption rules. I call the store on May 28 to use the rest of my credit. I am told by the manager on duty that when there is a credit that is being redeemed for an order, any unused remaining credit is forfeited. The manager on duty was not willing to do anything to make this situation right, even though these mistakes were totally the store’s responsibility. Not sure if I’ll go back to Pizza Hut at all, but I KNOW I’ll NOT be giving that particular location any more of my money. Do business with this location at...
