Horrible horrible horrible customer service from what’s supposed to be a “Manager” named Maura. Over 35 minutes waiting, I guess because she thought I was with the lady with the big tailgate order & she told her to go sit down and I remained standing (beings I had ordered on the app and it told me to come in and pick up my food) seemed like that got her upset because I didn’t want to go sit down which she demanded three times while walking past. I couldn’t believe the disrespect. Being patient didn’t matter, MAURA if that’s how you spell it was Extremely RUDE extremely disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I have never in a million years ever dealt with someone so disrespectful and rude in this Bojangles before and I’ve grown up here in Havelock. Slamming food, on the counter and broke the box for the food where my food was falling out the bottom, slammed the drink on the counter where the lid was hanging off and the drink spilled out the top. There was a young lady and boy who was trying to give me my food and be helpful but, it seemed like she enjoyed being nasty and took pleasure in it. Everyone in line watched what she did and it was humiliating. The fact that she’s working in customer service in the food service industry is insane. You never know what being nasty, rude and completely disrespectful can do to a persons day, who knows what they could be going through. She needs to be in the back, or not there at all. Read moreI ordered 8 piece dinner with 1picnic side of macaroni and cheese on 11/11/19 I called the store back because my chicken was dry and the biscuits were old and hard I didn’t know they sold macaroni and cheese so I decided to get that also now I understand why nobody ever mentioned the sold it I see why it was The person who answered the phone informed me a supervisor had to approve replacing the order she asked for my name and number and said supervisor will call me back as of today 1/14/19 I haven’t been contacted about replacing my order since when does it take 4 days and counting to addresses this order I never had this promblem with any other fast food restaurant at this point I want a refund and I won’t be going to the one in havelock ever again I rather drive up the road to the one in Newport I spent 18.45 for that order smh I’m so angry and then have to wait forever to be compensated and I know a supervisor isn’t that hard to get up I know they playing games and think this is a joke I’m notifying the BBB...

I give this a two star because AT LEAST the mashed potatoes and gravy and dirty rice were good, but it lacks the remaining three stars due to the unprofessionalism, and unfriendly attitude of the staff serving the food. I clearly stated my order three times and the staff didn’t listen, instead showed signs of attitude problems and jumped to assume that we were in the wrong.
