Taco Bell — Restaurant in Havelock

Upon arrival they have cones dividing 2 lanes for the drive-through with a sign about talking to a team member but yet nobody is outside so it creates confusion and both lanes feed into the same drive-through lane regardless so this is unnecessary.

An item were missing from my order. This was discovered while pulling away from the window so I drove to the entrance to gain someone's attention. They refuse to come to the door and see what the issue was so I attempted calling and nobody answered the store's phone number. I was forced to exit the parking lot and re enter on the other side to gain an employee's attention through the drive-through window and they informed me I would have to go back into the line and start over waiting another 15 minutes minimum for my missing item. This is completely unacceptable during the working lunch hours. Now I not only paid for something I did not receive, I was inconvenienced trying to allow the employees to fix it and met with rudeness instead. Completely ruined my lunch experience. This is not the first time cinnamon twists have been missing and it seems to be forgotten more often then included.

Why they can't do curbside order pickup for app orders and to fix their screw ups makes no sense. Its literally the same distance from the window. Not coming back here due to the rude and...

Had high hopes the quality was going to be decent after the few weeks they were shut down for remodel but I guess I suggest not to have those midnight cravings or you'll be robbed . I got the Uber delivery at 10:30 and I had a PINCH or less of meat on my taco. The gordita was suppose to be nacho flavored too .but got plain and Mostly just lettuce and cheese . And to top it off the shells were definitely old . Stale soft and falling apart No where near editable. .. my advice.. if you're going to advertise you're open this late ..at least have consistent decent quality portions for everyones orders and don't half it bc you're trying to shut down on time .cut your hours back if it's too much to make more of the main thing on a taco in the last hour and a half. You lose business that way . Was up late filling eggs for my kids and just wanted taco bell back in my system And this definitely turned me away for...

Me and my brother ordered the power chicken bowls. The rice was very hard, it was like they put it in there from out the box, it felt like it could brake a tooth. So we went back through the drive thru, to see if they would let us get something else and explain what was wrong. We got ahold of an employee, she said "i'll get the manager". We were then greated with a very rude lady, we then explained to her the rice was hard and she replied "i know it wasnt hard cause i cooked it myself." She didnt even go test it out herself she was accusing us like we do it all the time, she made us feel like a criminal. And we asked if we coukd get something else and she said she wouldn't exchange it for anything else when we asked. She told us "i'll give you a refund, and you can have a goodnight", very unprofessionally. The amount of unprofessionalism was mind boggling. Nor do i think i'll visit this location...
