no matter how early I order and how late I come for the order (giving them the extra wiggle room to actually get it done for convenient pick up), or how long I stand in the building, the food is ALWAYS messed up, somehow stolen once, always late, and now just not given food due to have “running out of food” an 1+1/2 hours before closing time with the order made online 2 hours before close on a Monday/slower time. I genuinely wish I could like this location as it’s the closer one for me, for now. I purposely drive the extra 10 miles to a different Chipotle (Newington) that can actually take and get orders to their customers without it being the biggest hassle ever. I’m glad I have only given this place a few extra chances (and they never fail to fail unfortunately as of late) and that one even closer to me is finally opening very soon. I didn’t exactly have time to go chasing customer service for a refund (which is actually kind of difficult, due to no direct access to that on the website) but now I have to. During the day, they are half decent, at least when covid wasn’t a thing and I was only ever coming to this chipotle during the day. But now with covid and nights, they’re awful. I wish I didn’t have to come off so coarse either, due to working customer service myself for years. I hate bashing a business, but the way this location has handled and still handles these situations seems as though they will always be in the “in between” and never really...
Read moreThis is the first time I've been here. The place is Is disgusting. I first went into the bathroom and there was pee all over the toilet and floor. Looks like bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a Long time. There wasn't a stitch of toilet paper in there. I then came out to order a Burrito. I went to fill my cup at the coke dispenser to find there was No ice. Had to ask kid behind counter for ice. Then went back to see 3 empty napkins dispensers and no lids for the soft drinks. I had to go back up to ask for them. I then proceeded to sit down end enjoy my meal that I just paid $15.75 for a Burrito and a small coke. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and have not been cleaned off. After I wiped the table down to enjoy my food I sat there and not one of the three people I seen working there came over to clean or replenish the condiments that were just about all missing. A half hour after I left my stomach started to ache. I would not step foot in there again even if the meal was Free. If I could of gave it No star's...
Read moreI'm not much of a Mexican food person, but I was given a gift card.
Never having been to a Chipotle before I thought it would be a sit-down restaurant. Instead it reminds me of fast food.
Nevertheless the staff was incredibly friendly at the Plaistow NH location and very helpful for me being a newbie at Chipotle. They explained the differences between hot and mild foods and the difference between Taco, Burrito, Bowl, and Salad. They were very helpful with the menu selections.
One thing for sure, the homemade tortilla chips were outstanding. Touch of lime Touch of salt just right.
One other note is that the price was much much more than I expected. If there is one reason why I would not go back to Chipotle is because the prices are out of my league. A burrito, a bowl, one bag of chips and one small drink for $23? I'm sorry. It's a good thing I had the gift card to ease that pain in my wallet.
Overall pretty good experience but again, would not go back because it's far too expensive for the type of food...
