D' Empanadas Haverhill — Restaurant in Haverhill

I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews especially for small businesses but it’s getting outrageous. I return every few months for the good food but regret it everytime because of the poor service. Today I ordered online and it gave me 15 minutes for it to be ready so I came 30 minutes later because I know they’re never on time. I get there and they didnt even check for online orders so they hadnt even started it yet. I was told to wait 7 minutes and ended up waiting another 15 for an order I had placed an hour ago. Normally in the past I've gotten amazing food and quality from this restaurant. Recently however, they've started skimping on some of the options. Normally when you're ordering a $13+ dollar sandwich they would fill the container with more than a handful of fries. However recently, they've started putting in less than a macdonald's small fries (see photo). When you're spending this much on a sandwich you should at least be getting your money's worth. They just have to get more organized & stop overcharged. I went in and order 2 chicken with corn empanadas no cheese because of a family member lactose intolerant, a strawberry no milk. Ans both had cheese and milk. I come back to fix my empanadas order & I have been sitting here for about 30 minutes waiting for the food to come out they care too much about other stuff or counting the tips than the costumer waiting, kitchen & cashier need a better communication.
