The employees there are extremely friendly and accommodating. They always have my drink and brownie ready for me. It's such a pleasure to walk into a place where the staff greets you with a warm smile and knows exactly what you need. Whether it's a hectic morning or a stressful day, their exceptional service never fails to brighten my mood.

Read moreI did online order. Took me 15 min to get to store. Upon arrival order wasn’t ready so I asked for it and was handed my coffee. After not receiving food items within a few min I decided to go back to car and wait w/ my dog. Waited at least 5 MORE min (10 total @ store) before going back in to still not have rest of my order waiting for me. Finally i said “can I pls have the rest of my order” and the one of the 2 girls actually working went and heated up my 2 croissants and got cake pop. Lmao. Smh... The croissants weren’t heated entirely. I asked to heat it more and a new girl (who was too busy socializing to help before this point) took my croissants back w a HUGE attitude and told me to put on my order to heat it up extra, next time. My croissants were heated for 15 sec, IF that, originally….. I’ve never seen them heat anything so fast, and this girl was trying to act like that’s how long it’s supposed to heat for. Read moreI have been visiting this Starbucks since it has opened. I attempted to get a simple drink (brewed tea) via the drive thru and was told they couldn’t do it and I would have to go in. I parked, went in, place was empty with one car in the drive thru- I stood in line for 6 minutes with none of the employees acknowledging me for at least the first few minutes. One of them finally said she would be right with me and again, I was left standing there with no assistance. I understand they were likely filling online orders but if a customer is in the store and waiting in line, someone should be assigned to manage this. This is piss poor customer service for a store that charges an arm and a leg. This is not the first time this happens. I will start spending my hard earned money somewhere else that values...
