SCAM ARTISTS.
I have purchased from this establishment a couple times before. Today was some of the sketchiest business I have ever seen in my life. I picked up a couple things, including a package of edibles. I live about a half hour away. Got back home and opened the container, only to count 15 pieces (the container states 20 pieces per package). I immediately called and let them know the issue. The gentlemen on the phone insisted I come back immediately with my receipt and product.
Upon arrival I speak to the Manager and he walks away for a couple minutes and comes back stating that he could not exchange the product but could offer me a 30% discount on ANOTHER PACKAGE. Thatās right, instead of getting what I I initially paid for, my only option was to SPEND MORE money. At this point I ask for someone else. The General Manager comes out and tells me thereās a no return policy on products. Is a no return policy VALID if the company doesnāt sell you what you paid for?!?
Iāll tell you whatās most likely happening. The employees behind the counter distributing the product are likely stealing product out of these containers. The containers are not sealed and the product inside is not bagged or sealed. Now the customer is paying the price and being SCAMMED out of their hard earned money.
Not to mention the first manager was aggressive towards me when I said Iād just smear the company on the internet if they were going to steal my money like that.
MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!
EDIT: THEY TRESPASSED (BANNED) ME FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT. They ripped me off, then banned...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate to be a person to leave a review, but this place is a total mess. I just called in nicely, asked about the price of a product and of course it was labeled incorrectly. On the website, which has happened at least three times in the past; One time being where I drove to lowell for blue River specifically and they didnāt even have it? But somehow they always make you feel like you made the mistake? As other people mentioned, I donāt think it is very difficult to be decent and simply just give out the right information in the nicest way that you can and apologize for any inconvenience. Thatās all. I highly suggest pun intended that these employees begin to consume some of their own medicine. If not, I donāt see this place sticking around too much longer as I see that most people seem to feel the same way about the way they are treated. Everyone should just be decent to one another anyway never mind the fact that you have mass amount of cannabis to ingest!ā®ļøš I donāt hope that they fail, but it would be nice to see some decent reviews or maybe even go as far as hiring people like myself that would be more than happy to answer anyoneās questions no matter how stupid they may think it may be you shouldnāt feel ashamed to ask any questions about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBUYER BEWARE! They advertise that they're open until 9pm but will turn any walk-ins away at 8:45pm, which is when they "start putting stuff in back". Why don't you start putting stuff in back at 9pm when you're actually closed? I'm aware of your agreement with the Haverhill Community to not process transactions after 9pm, but if a person walks up at 8:50pm and wants 1 pre-roll and has no questions, let the person in! I'm aware you want to plan for questions or transaction issues SO JUST LET THEM KNOW AT THE ENTRY WINDOW: "HEY YOU GOTTA BE IN AND OUT OR YOU CAN'T COME IN, and if it takes it past 9 we can't do it", then hit them with that city agreement garbage. This is putting the burden on your customers and the burden should fall on you. You will lose a lot of business this way. I myself was bringing thousands of dollars into this place with all my friends but i'll be directing them all to either The Mission in Georgetown, MA or Stem in Haverhill, MA. No real business operates that way. I hope this sparks something in you to change the way you're end of night operations run. There's gotta be a better way and ya'll need to pull your team together...
