On vacation in Hawaii with the family we had heard endlessly about a restaurant for Thai food. Unfortunately... Or fortunately since we found this truck.... it was closed when we got there. Disappointed, we set out in search of a good place to eat. Thankfully, we stumbled across Aji Limo. The atmosphere is great... Nice breeze off the ocean, lots of outdoor seating, and the smell of excellent, fresh seafood. The owner walked around and talked to everyone, and the entire staff was friendly. My wife and I ordered the spicy tuna poke bowl and the shrimp yakisoba. My son ordered the garlic shrimp. Everything was extremely fresh... I have to say, we have had poke in several places on the island, and this was head and shoulders better than any other. My son, who is very picky and I thought would hate everything, destroyed his shrimp. My daughter, who is admittedly more adventurous than my son, picked off ours. By picked, I mean she ate half of our yakisoba. When we come back to Hawaii, we will be returning. No doubt.
