They don’t take out the poop from the shrimp and they were extremely rude when we politely brought the issue up and the claimed “we don’t HAVE to do anything it’s just ur preference if u want the poop in it or not, technically it isn’t against any health regulations” after asking for the refund she rudely said “okay like if you want a refund just ask” but like who wants to eat poop…also while issuing the refund after some back and forth the worker Hana or Hanna literally tossed the card from the kiosk and it was just quick instincts that we caught the card before it hit the ground. She was also just generally very rude about everything, didn’t even make eye contact and made it very apparent she ur concern was of no...

Went in on Fathers Day. My sisters made two shrimp orders and a shave ice with SHAREYA and sat down. No customers at all. After 15-20 minutes of glances back and forth from SHAREYA she finally noticed my two sisters waiting for their order. Only then had she got off her phone and told the girls in the truck if they had done the order. Another female had to come out and retake the order while SHAREYA went back to continue looking/playing on her phone. Orders were then made quick by the two females in the truck (thank you two). Very unacceptable, Poor customer service and very unprofessional!!!! We will not be going back. I hope she shapes up or...

I paid $17 for overcooked shrimp, unseasoned white rice and a “salad” (iceberg lettuce with some zesty Italian dressing). I understand that it’s Oahu and north shore is a tourist trap, but at this point it’s purely preying on people’s wallets. They were also charging $7 for uncrustables which cost $1.50 from Safeway? I wouldn’t have been so upset to pay the money if I had at least gotten my money’s worth, which happened Seven Brother’s (a burger joint truck right behind it) or North Shore Tacos, which is all overpriced but the food is at least worth it. Im giving a one star for all the reasons above and because I’ll be hungry again in an hour.

Ate here yesterday. Unfortunately. 3 out of 4 got sick from the garlic shrimp. As in diarrhea and vomit sick. Immediately after the meal and the same symptoms. As for the food. It's not good. Salad squirted with some dressing badly cooked rice and shrimp with the shell on. Take the shell off and all the seasoning comes off. Makes no sense. Location is good though and you can drink your own beers unfortunately alot of people will still go here because it is close to the beautiful beaches. Pineapple drink leaves alot to be desired aswel. Overall avoid.

There are ~5 food truck options in this location & I ordered from the garlic shrimp from the shrimp truck. It was good, though pricey - $25 for plate & coconut drink. There are a couple of clothing “container” shops too & board/snorkeling rentals. There’s a parking lot & it’s across the street from the Shark Cove beach, so convenient if you’re hungry. There were roosters, birds, and bees trying to get at my food, which I thought added to the local charm. We are after all in their space! This one rooster wouldn’t leave me alone LOL!
