First visit, I asked for bacon avacado toast. “Actually, we don’t have bacon.” (Then take it off the menu.) Then the girl forgot my avocado toast. After patiently waiting for 16 minutes, I went and reminded them and showed them my receipt when she looked at me funny. It took her another 11 minutes to make that toast. Second visit. I walk up to order and the girl looks over her shoulder at me and continues what she’s doing for a minute. Finally walks over and I order a watermelon mint tea. “We’re all out of watermelon.” Ok, can I get a mango tea. “We’re all out of mango.” Umm… can I get an avocado toast? “We’re all out of avocados.” You can’t be serious. I just walked away. The first time there was two people ahead of me, we already got our drinks and we’re just standing there. You would think the employee would say, “hey, did we forget something?” Nope. Every time I go there, there is an amazing girl working. This past visit (why I’m giving low rating) was terrible the lady charged me 36 dollars for 4 coffees I kept explaining my order to her and she pretty much refused to blend an Americano. And charged me for 4 ice blends and 4 shots each one! So a total of 16 shots!! An Americano large comes with 4 shots which is why I placed that order. Her exact words was.. “the way I was told to ring up your order..” I ordered Americanos! Very frustrating because I am a coffee connoisseur and look forward to my daily fix. She was an older, stocky lady with blonde hair. The younger girl that is always there never gives me a problem either does any other coffee beans. I’d suggest if you see a worker of that discretion don’t go. I’m not one to over react but I was over charged a lot a lot and on top Of that got a milkshake...

Great morning coffee, strong and bold- the way I like it. Espresso is excellent, bold, a little bitter but clean, not burned- the way it should be.

Friendly and hard working staff at this high frequency location within the Foodland supermarket.

Wifi doesn't work, it's not a sit in location, even though there is some limited seating space. Bathrooms are a problem. They are none.

Foodland should provide some access, but the problem I think is the obvious homeless situation on Oahu's Northshore.

This Foodland super market is expensive, is always busy and is is a money maker and they should find a way or be forced to provide toilets. Hiring a toilet assistance and charging for the use would be a solution. Learn from Europe.

Regardless, I love my Coffee and I live in the neighborhood, so no wifi or bathroom issues for...
