TLDR; I suggest to not spend your money or time here. Never again would I support this business or Baskin-Robbin's and l don't suggest anyone else visit here unless you can afford the extra costs it takes to be happy here; the patience required and melted down ice cream after forking over your money. If you're trying to buy their pre packed ice cream, forget about it. Doing a big order for the family at home and expecting it to be not melted? forget about it. Want to get that promo 31% off scoops on the 31st of the month? Dont think about just popping in the store and getting it hassle free. & Don't forget your phone and to have downloaded the BR Rewards app before the 31st, bc you need that coupon downloaded onto your phone And then order through the app. And guess what- if you were a BR member but haven't used the app for a while, you have to register again bc they have a new system that doesn't remember your account- even if you still get the same BR emails. And yes- I read the email, there was no specifications besides not being offered on delivery. Pricing and participation varies, which means either the store honors it or doesn't. But apparently it's the company that wants ppl to use the app and yet can't afford to put it on their marketing emails.
Went there twice, got melting ice cream twice, had to wait until the employees bothered to look away from each other both times, so naturally I use the customer support line to follow up and ask for the gratuity charges from the 1st visit to be refunded back to me. Why? Bc I let the near lecture from an employee go on the 1st visit. The 2nd time ticked me off bc they don't help more than 1 customer (solo or in a group) at a time. So I stood with 4 quarts waiting as the 2nd person in line. The guy in front of me had his lil family of 4, ordered and stood staring at the cashier. Cashier didn't even notice there's more than 1 customer in a store-even tho it's small and only me and that group in front of me. The other 2 employees working on their order and I literally had to speak up for assistance. He even saw how the order was taking longer than it should've and that I was standing with ice cream quarts in my arms, getting cold and frustrated.
I reach out to BR Care/CS and they reach out to the mgr and they say they can't do it since there's no way in the BR POS system, so they offered me ice cream scoops instead. For what, so it can be melted and I'd have to deal with their employees and their lackadaisical attitudes? BR CS also offered their BR $10 gift card and I declined that too. There's better options nearby so I will be choosing to make sure I never purchase from Baskin Robbin's again. Yes- I am livid at this company for multiple reasons. Fool me once, shame on me.
