What I thought was about to be A1 service turned into a horrible irritating encounter. I placed an online order for 2 pizzas and went to pick it up. Long story short I walked in and the blonde lady was wonderful asked me if I had a PU order I said yeah. Everything was going well. I literally only have a $100 bill left in my name to get these pizzas for family dinner. The pizzas have already been sitting there for a while bc we ran a little late for the PU. 3 hours short of closing- you know they been making money all day BUT all of a sudden they canāt accept a 100 dollar bill. They didnāt even try to see if they could do something to help me. Literally not gon lie I felt shame in front of the other couple there when this all took place. And the asian lady at the register didnāt care to even have some sort of empathy to at least TRY to do something in regards to my order. So now my family of 7 and I Due to health reason we canāt get any fast food in the surrounding area- the Dominoes was the closest thing we could all consume as a family without triggering health issues. So now after reading this you know why my rating is a 1. Which should be a zero 0 bc no business should be that inconsiderate of their customers. A simple oh you could go here (location) to get change or something could have made this whole situation a lot better, even possibly have the manager or assistant manager come out to see if they could have done anything about the change. Well it is what it is now. I hope if you read this you got some insight on this location. AND FOR THE WORKERS IN DOMINOES PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT EVERYONE IS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING IN THEIR LIFE AND A SIMPLE ACT OF ALOHA COULD HAVE SUFFICED. We are in Hawaii after all....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell actually we always dine in kunia dominos when we are craving for pizza so we usually order the same pizza but customized āHawaiian pizzaā we put some ingredients in but onces we were half way through our pizza my husband noticed the main ingredient āPineappleā wasnāt in there, so I went to the cashier and the person who made it surely said she totally forgot to add on the pineapple and was focused on our customized toppings and said she was sorry and another worker suggested and herself if we wanted a replacement but of course we were kinda full haha, and I asked if we could come in another day which they were kindly said yes, customer service is awesome and the environment was comfortable and Iām glad they could replace the pizza that I didnāt noticed the pineapple was missing but my husband did ā¦. Which today is the April 14 I have recieve the replacement of the pizza, the manager was kindly give the extra sauce I wanted to pay for is FREE off charge ā¦. I hope this story helps other restaurants and plus I hope gladly I made someone smile ā¦. Cross my fingers for winning this gift card haha ā¦. Thank you...

She had to call out someone asking for her food, almost 10 minutes later, they gave it to her. I proceed to the counter and ask for my food, they ask for my name and I provide it. At this time an elderly couple who was already there waiting for their food also asks about their order, it is now more than 30 minutes waiting on their order.
