Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hawaii

Spent $20 on 1 breakfast meal, 1breakfast sand, & 20pc chicken nuggets. Was asked if order was on the screen and proceeded foward in the drive thru. Only had 1 car infront of me and 1 car behind me. Got to the window and was asked what kind of drink again? Food ws handed out which i seen a box of nuggets, 2 sandwiches and my fries. Got home which is a 15min drive to find 10 nuggets missing. Tried calling the store which took 15-20min to answer. Finally when Liza Miguel answered, Im already upset with how she answered the phone. Claims to say she cant answer the phone because its busy. Is this store properly staffed. Asked how she would correct the order and she hangs up the phone. Nothing resolved and now im more upset. Tried calling back the store a few minutes later and now, no one answers. This store needs to follow up on cashiers or packers from handing out the food. Yes people make mistakes but if you check the order and repeat what was put inside the bag, then you make the customer aware that what they paid for is what they handed out. The female working the drive thru was very rude! No customer service skills whatsoever!! I was excited about trying the new cheddar burger and it sucked! My patty was extremely overcooked and dry, plus there was about a dimes worth of sauce on it! We also got the 2 for $6 breakfast sandwiches and asked them to add Mayo and they didn't! I'd wouldn't give them 1 star. We've been going here for their teriyaki jr. burgers and crispy fries. Each time we went through the drive thru window the person who takes our order repeats it multiple times. We ask for extra teriyaki sauce and all we get is extra mayonnaise with NO teriyaki. Called the restaurant spoke to the manager Glade who has admitted that she was the one who made the sandwich. My crispy fries was cold and soggy. I wouldn't recommend this Jack in the Box.
