Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hawaii

Don't waste your time here because they will just wast your time.. Better you drive 2 minuted up the road to Papa Johns and order there.. Papa Johns has better pizza with better prices.. I placed a phone ordered here at Little Ceasars Waipahu and told them I would pick it up in 10- 15 minutes and they said they would have it ready.. But when I got there, they didn't have my pizza.. They said that they wasted it because I didn't get there when I told them I was going to.. Omg I got there 15 minutes later than expected because I had other task to do and they wasted it?? What a WASTE OF MY TIME going there.. I talked to the shift supervisor Thelma and she said that it was after 30 minutes in the warmer so they wasted it.. She was telling how it's cuz it only took 5 minutes to cook the pizza, 5 minutes!!! And they had it in the warmer for 30 mins then they wasted it.. What a bunch of bull crap.. I called 3 other Little Caesars stores and asked how long it takes to cook the pizza I ordered, and the other stores said at least 10 minutes if it's not busy.. So the Waipahu can make it faster?? Lol.. So BS this store.. Wasted it?? I believe they gave it out to another customer.. WHATEVER.. I ended up going to Papa Johns and I was happier there.. Rude, insulting staff. I arrived 2 minutes after the pickup ready status on the app but the employee couldn't find my pizza even tho I told her the app said it was ready. I waited another 10 more minutes before another employee asked and checked. She said they were making another pizza since they gave away my original order. She sarcastically said I already paid and she didn't want to lose my money so expected I'd wait. I asked for a refund and another employee helped with that while the one I was speaking with turned around and headed back to the kitchen while making a loud sound and exhaling. The other 2 employees at the registers started smiling and chuckling in response. I asked if they were laughing at my expense and that I was offended and they said we weren't laughing. Place closed at 9pm I arrived 10 mins earlier they said they stopped baking. I had to get what was left which was this horrible looking pizza which cost me $14 and it wasn't until I got into my car did I realize how screwed they got me..I didn't.even.eat the pizza after taking a bite it was not good basically old and left out good enough to discard. I want a refund badly. I don't recommend this place at all for pizza.
