Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hawaii

Went at about 7:20pm waited for awhile before anyone said I can order when I'm ready when I was ordering they would not respond to me I asked if they had a chicken nugget kids meal and instead of saying yes they just added it to my order I ordered 1 large meal 1 medium 1 kids meal and 2 orders of onion rings they never asked if I was done ordering so I just drove up to the window where I had to wait forever then they gave me a bunch of bags and my drinks the large cup was soft and squishy the medium cup just spilled anytime the drink touched the lid then after they take my card and give it back then hand me the order they just go back to talking so I tried to ask if I could go because I didn't get a receipt they ignored me so I asked again when the guy looked at me and then he whispered unless you want a receipt your good so I drove off when I got home I only had 1 order of onion rings I got the bacon Swiss I think is what it's called which is equivalent to something off the dollar menu from Wendy's overall I paid 45 dollars and got the same service and food as a dollar menu will never come back and will let everyone know to stay...

First time I went here ordered monster tacos via the app. Got there and they were like no monster tacos available you want regular tacos? Sure. They cancel my original order then ring me up for 2 orders of 2 tacos. Except they charge me regular price vs the in app price...whatever it's like less than a dollar extra.

This visit I ordered a cheeseburger jumbo jack Jr and curly fries. The burger was old enough or overcooked enough that it was tough around the edges like cardboard. The curly fries were chewy...yes...chewy. They had been sitting for so long it's ridiculous. They were closer to room temp than even warm. And I ordered at 1230 so it's lunch time.

Go to the Kunia Jack's or any other Jack's cause this one...

Avoided this location for years due to its reviews. Tonight I go to order, Spicy chicken sandwich meal and bacon cheddar wedges. Order came out FAST. I was impressed, but still had to check my order. Everything was covered in cheese. The boxes, the bag, everything. Chicken fillet was half the size of the sandwhich. Fries were stale.

This is probably the worst jack in the box in America. Seriously. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went back on 10/21/21 and asked for fresh curly fries. The worker just threw the fries that were in under the light back into the fryer. I came home with chips. I don’t think the owner and management care about what they...
