Nancy's Kitchen — Restaurant in Hawaii

I will never in my life for any reason go back to this crap hole. The service is beyond bad, rude and disrespectfull doesnt describe it well enough. Had to ask for the drink menu, find a server so that we could order both drinks and food. When the beers got there they were obviously old as both bottle and draft were flat. Ive never gotten a draft beer with no head at all on it. The food came out way to fast, obviously everyone likes to get there meals quickly but under 4 mins from the time we ordered dinner plates....thats just scary to think how it was done. The food was a mix of cold and hot on the plate meaning they just threw stuff on there from fridge and ready line. Never once were we asked for refills on anything drink wise or how the food was etc. After sitting there for about 15mins after we had stacked our plates up we got up and stood up at the entrance waiting for the bill. STAY AWAY from this place, go to taco bell...

I really didn't want to have to leave a bad review, since I have so many good memories here. But the service has become horrible. An hour and 15 minutes for our nachos. An HOUR....and FIFTEEN minutes.......for fricken nachos. You put the chips on the plate and cover it with cheese. Really not that difficult. After 40 minutes I did finally get the attention of a waitress, and that's when they finally told us that the cook went on a break so just wait until he comes back. Then we waited more than another half hour for them to make the nachos. When we wanted to leave, it took 10 minutes to get our check. We were raising our hands each time they walked by us. We called them. They were all gathered together and talking, instead of tending to customers. Some of the worst service I've ever...

I usually never give a bad review. But customers have to be warned about this place. As you go in there is a sign that reads" wait to be seated" it took 10 minutes, eventhough the place was empty. It took 10 more minutes, for someone to come to our table. It took more than an hour to bring our order, during this time no one, explained why or even offered, more water or drinks. Food was unflavored and our order was wrong. Mushroom cheese burger with no cheese and combination plate(chicken and shrimp) they brought shrimp and pork. Over all food was just awful and bad and slow service. Just try to avoid Nancy's Kitchen In my opinion this is just disrespectful towards customers. Give one star, because I can't...
