I've gone 3 times now in hopes that someone will take my order. The first time I was ignored trying to order while sitting in my car so I left. The second time I forgot what happened to me the first time until it happened to me again! Just watched the workers go in and out of the store so I left. I later discovered you're supposed to turn on your lights (hazard/blinking) even though I've spoken to other people who have said they get helped quickly without any blinking lights. So to be fair I give it a third try. I parked in a stall, turned on the blinking lights and waited a total of 8 minutes before leaving empty handed. It wasn't the 8 minutes but the fact that no one came to take my order. I watched the workers walk in and out helping two other cars. And then I see a third car getting helped but wasn't sure if that car was before me or not. A car pulled up next to me and a worker came out immediately and took their order!!! In addition to all this these workers see me and I see them. None of them greeted me, told me to hold on, nothing. Just looked at me and kept moving in the manner that I can only describe as "I'm busy/I'm helping someone else/I can only do one thing at a time." The boba isn't that great, it's expensive, and now terrible customer service. Maybe I'm the only one this happened to but before I put out this review I gave it three tries. Read moreI specifically ordered a tea with lite ice. Driving away I realized the drink had too much ice (deluting the drink). I called spoke to Destiney assuring they would remake the drink if I was to come back. Keep in mind the drink does not have a standard lid (its a peice of plastic glued to the rim) I came back in 25 to 30 mins while running my daughter to ballet. When I inquired on the drink I had a chance to meet Destiney. It was a waste of my time she informed me she was only giving a credit back and wanted to see proof of the old cup, even though she admitted on the phone the new cashier made a mistake which led to this. I asked to speak to a manager to which she asked me to step outside. Only to go down a couple of stores get on a phone and tell a one sided story to a supposed manager. The tantrum was unnecessary by Destiney the lack of customer service is evident and no accountability. Read moreWent here for a very casual first date. My date and I ordered drinks and chatted for about two hours. Atmosphere was cute.
I had the matcha latte and was disappointed with the flavor - it tasted like rosewater or elderflower. I didnt taste matcha at all. My date had told me she loves coffee, and I also noticed that over the two hour period she didn't finish her drink.
The main problem I had was that I walked my date to her car (this was around 6pm on a Thursday) and an employee came running out of the establishment after us very urgently. I thought I had left my phone or wallet or something, but she went on to explain to me that the staff was "taking bets" on how my date and I knew each other and demanded an answer. I found it incredibly rude and it made me really uncomfortable as it was none of her business.
She asked if we were sisters... even though I had gotten my date flowers and we spent the two hours sitting in the front, clearly talking as if getting to know each other.
