I am sorry that our employee asked you to not sit on the small table clearly not meant to sustain a grown adult which seemed to upset you so much that you asked for a refund. Our cat room is filled with colorful, clean, comfortable cushions, and a large bench, and for some reason you chose to sit on a table and then the floor (right next to the litter box) after being denied your refund. We take great pride in upholding and exceeding animal welfare and hygiene standards and put in place by shelters and animal welfare organizations. It is unfortunate you feel the need to write a false review, even though you and your partner chose to stay and engage and play with our cats for an hour."

My girlfriend and I decided to visit and complete our bucket list of finally going to a cat cafe! Pros: Really friendly cats, one even layed down in my girlfriend’s lap right off the bat! They were energetic and playful , and you’ll get a good variety of personalities in the cats. Cons: Since they are still pretty new, the cafe aspect was kinda lacking. My friend and I went here on a Thursday morning. We had all 10 cats to ourselves. It was great. All the cats were playful and friendly but not yet quite accustomed to being pet and handled or picked up. Most were about six months old. The decor is well done, clean and attractive with lots of toys, and areas to retreat to for a comfortable rest.
