I recently had a wonderful experience at Wendy's that I feel compelled to share, especially highlighting the fantastic team of employees who made my visit so enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was not only efficient but also genuinely enthusiastic about providing great service.
I ordered one of their classic burgers and a refreshing Frosty, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. The burger was fresh, juicy, and bursting with flavor, while the Frosty was the perfect indulgence to satisfy my sweet tooth. Itâs clear that Wendy's prioritizes quality ingredients, which makes a noticeable difference in the taste.

Currently their drive thru intercom doesn't light up. There's no sign on it either. It might be working or maybe you have to drive up to the window to order. Who knows.
Made a mobile order and wanted to pick up. There was a car in front so I was patient figuring maybe they short handed. Waited about 5 minutes before I tried driving up. Well they weren't busy there wasn't anyone else in the drive thru. So I just hit the cancel order button on the app and went to Jack's...those new Tiny Tacos are great! Anyway that's the last time I go to this particular Wendy's. It's a shame as they're right where I live but the headache isn't worth it.
Whoever the owner is- hire a new management team. They are trained terribly here

I assumed it was closed cause the menus weren't lit up either. 2mins later a woman comes on and we ask if they can turn on the light for the menu but she said it was broken. Then she asked for our order, I'm starving so I wanted something simple. We repeated our order a few times and to think she got it, nope, she asked again what's our order. I just got off work, I'm hungry, and this so called fast food joint ain't doing what they supposedly supposed to do best. We immediately drive to the window, there stood one local chick who was apparently taking our order and a manager who said his name was Mark. They both literally looked like they just woke up and gave us a dumb look. I headed over to Jack in the Box and their service was wayyyyyy better and faster than this dreadful place. Never going to this Wendy's again, they should replace it with Burger...
