I placed an order for delivery on 6/28/20. The order was incorrect and I called this location. I spoke with Andrew and asked what my options were and he told me he can't refund my order because even though the order was incorrect, I still got something. The meal was ruined because of missing items and I asked to speak to a manager. Andrew put me on a 10 minute hold and when he came back, he said that he spoke with his manager and that he will issue a full refund for my order and that it will be back in my account by 7/1/20. The refund was not in my account on 7/1/20 so I called again and Andrew told me that it will be back in my account by 7/3/20. I called again on 7/3/20 since it was not refunded yet and spoke with Jennifer, a manager there, and told me that they weren't going to refund my order and that Andrew shouldn't have told me I was going to be refunded. I stated that regardless of what their internal errors are, my order was wrong and so was the information provided, so Jennifer said that their general manager, Fabiola Castilla, will contact me that same day and take care of my order. Fabiola did not contact me. I called again on 7/7/20 and spoke with Andrew again, who told me once again that I should have been refunded. He then told me that he will also send another email to Fabiola and she will contact me, but again, she has not. I contacted them once again on 7/8/20 and Jennifer basically told me there is nothing that she can do but to send another email to Fabiola, though she told me she was not able to give me any type of email confirmation that we discussed any of this. You would think that a panel of three different managers would be able to handle one simple refund. I understand that orders can have mistakes, which would have been completely fine if it wasn't for all of the miscommunication, attitude, and disregard shown by the managers of this location. Free seasoned fries
This Wingstop location recently opened up not too long ago, replacing a tropical fish store, if my memory serves me correctly. Being a fan of Wingstop, I appreciated the fact that another one is open near me, especially since I frequent the 99 Cent Only Store in the same plaza. After having my free birthday month Malibu Chicken at Sizzler, I came here to redeem my birthday month promo to have seasoned fries for dessert.
Being how the default seasoning for their fries to be too salty for my taste, the Wingstop cashier punched in my order of fries, less salt. No other customers except me, I quenched my thirst with lime soda water from the Coke Freestyle machine while I waited.
And, wait was what I didn't have to do for very long. Within minutes, I had my basket of fries bagged up and ready to go. I quickly arrived home & savored every bite of skin on, lightly seasoned French fries. After finishing, my appetite was completely satiated for the next couple of hours.
Service was good. As previously mentioned, I only waited a couple minutes before my order was ready. A good amount of seating inside, this Wingstop has a larger dining area than the next closest one in Lakewood.
Parking is in a private lot, at the 99 Cent Only Store plaza. Wingstop is behind the drive-thru Starbucks.
While I try not to partake of white potatoes often, as they have a high glycemic index rating, I forego my diet (which I often do) when it counts. And, Wingstop's seasoned fries count! Perfectly cooked fries, seasoned just to my liking, and I haven't even mentioned their chicken wings, yet. As you can surmise from my review, I'm definitely a fan of Wingstop, and being a larger capacity one, this location is definitely worth recommending.

This is not at any time the type of customer service I was hoping to get.
