Really bad store!! We bought soccer cleats for my son and the first day he used they rip, we when back to the store and they said they didn't have any other pair of shoes of the same size and they could only give us store credit but not money back. This is the problem with small stores, we try to help small business but there is always problems when trying return bad quality...

I ordered cleats for my daughter and purchased the free return protection. I had to make 2 returns due to ordering the wrong size. The staff at Xtreme soccer were so helpful and nice.
