This has been my wife and my favorite local Mexican restaurant for years and I rated 5 stars - until today. Zero stars for your prices plus 5 stars for service equals 2 stars overall.

They just raised their prices - so much that we will be eating here much less, if at all unfortunately. Don Rubens right next to you is more than 50% less!!!

We ordered fajitas which are now $25.65, a side of sour cream which we we charged $5.25!?! Iced tea for $3.85 and two small flour tortillas for $1.85 for a total of $40.35.

That is almost $50 with tax and tip for a dinner that my wife and I shared.

Not cool Cada Adelitas. No wonder the restaurant was a ghost town. Whoever owns this place needs to reconsider their new prices.

We would have gotten a side of three taquitos but for $12? You must be crazy.

Oh, the dinner specials which were $8.99 are now $13.15? Not cool.

Tell me the prices were to give your great staff a raise and I might understand. I'm betting that didn't happen. Please tell...

Thee best chips and salsa amazing and guacamole so fresh and delicious. I order something different every time because you dont have to be afraid you wont like something. Everything is so dank ive even special ordered my enchildadas green with green verde sauce and sour cream on top even ranchero sauce. Its the bomb food here and the staff so perfect they never make you wait for anything. They even offer to put your food in your to go box when you are done! Great service and i always tell the cooks thank you so much for preparing yet another perfect meal for me. Also i tip 20% im not rich by any means but i used to be a waitress lol its hard work and these ladies so deserve a good tip. Im going there now im actually excited to go if that doesnt...

Ordered the carne asada wet burrito. It was good and pretty big but not almost $20 good. The menu said it came with a side of beans and rice. It did not. It did come with a handful of chips, salsa and a side of lettuce with a spoonful of guacamole on top. The beans and rice were inside along with a very small amount of corn which made me wonder if it was meant to be in there or accidentally mixed in during prep. There was an abundance of rice, small amount of beans and small amount of meat. The sauce was not too spicy so it didn’t take away from the dish. I asked for no onions and there was a small amount of onions in the burrito. The guy at the counter was cool though. Really friendly, polite and professional. I’d come her again if it...

Local Mexican spot in Hawaiian Gardens. Came here on a Thursday evening for a late night dinner after a workout at the EOS down the street. Got the chumparrado (this was a thick, very hot drink that tasted vaguely syrupy) as well as the chile verde burrito, which came with rice and beans inside. There was a good amount of meat and I had food for leftovers the next day. There was a mix-up where we wanted to split the bill, but my card got charged twice instead. I called and they looked into it, and called me the next day to let me know that’s what had happened, so I appreciated the fact they circled back. Restrooms are available. They have their own private parking lot. It’s a family-friendly spot.

The chilaquiles with green sauce is delicious and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The chips and salsa were so yummy. The beans and rice were great. The sauce for my enchiladas was delicious. The chicken inside the enchiladas was a tiny bit bland but I still enjoyed everything overall. The people were very friendly and the service was great 💚

My wife tired the menudo once. She said it was really good. The wet burrito sauce was great. But the asada meat was ok. The al pastor tacos were ok. Indoor dining is small and cozy looking. The staff was really friendly. You should definitely call for take out or delivery. The apps sometimes say it’s closed when it’s not.
