Terrible, the worst customer service EVER. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. I was accused of not paying a 6 weeks old COD order and threaten that they will not be delivering the that I needed on that day. Apparently they do not know the meaning of COD. IT MEANS THAT I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY WHEN IT IS PAID ON THE SPOT. WHICH MEANS THE COMPANY HAS GOTTEN THE CHEK AND GAVE ME MY ORDER 6 WEEKS AGO. They had me on the phone for 40 minutes telling me that we did not pay for the order, and I need to pay in cash to receive the current delivery. I kept asking them how is it possible for me to receive a COD order when I did not pay for it, but the person kept cutting me off and talked about the New Jersey law regarding COD. The person ended up transferring me to a supervisor, the conversation was repeated all over again, so when I told them that I will get the receipt of the order from New York and they will be held responsible for any bills that comes out from getting the payment receipt, the supervisor found the 'unpaid/missing' check within minutes, and told me not to worry about it. When such thing happens the first thing you need to do was apologize for wasting my time, because the company could not do their job right.I never heard an apology from the supervisor. I told the supervisor at such situation she needs to apologize, but IGNORED my comment and demanded that I give the phone back to the driver so he could be released and hung up. People make mistakes, but at least have the darn decency to admit and apologize for not doing...
ย ย ย Read moreI'm sure they are decent distributors of they spirits they deliver. However, they fail miserably in obeying the most common of traffic laws. Do these drivers know what "STOP" means? Do they understand what "NO TRUCKS OVER 4 TONS" means? There are numerous signs posted on and around Fair Lawn Avenue and River Road in Fair Lawn to keep large trucks out of our residential neighborhoods, yet this distributor (along with others), continue to do as they please by "cutting through" on our once quiet streets in order to avoid one traffic light. They disobey the overweight truck signs. They speed. They blow stop signs. Is it really worth it to break that many laws just to gain maybe 30 seconds? It is up to this business to train their drivers properly and not leave yourself open to the bad publicity this behavior reflects on you. When and if you finally clip a child riding a bike or pedestrian walking, you won't have enough beer on your...
ย ย ย Read moreArriving to the facility is a little bit tricky due to the city traffic and narrow streets. Not a lot of space to maneuver when docking but not a big deal they had plenty of docks available. Take the papers to the office next to door 10.
The best thing? This guys at receiving are really a lightning at unloading. Less than 20 min to unload the whole trailer, papers ready at the same time with the green light and no lumper fee. Great job fellas!!! Five ๐ ๐ ๐...
