Jembro Stores — Local services in Hawthorne

This place is run by a thug...the owner is not only rude he is greedy...I took a phone holder and within 5 minutes i returned back because i found my phone holder under my car seat..it was not open...the employee who attained me also said YES..this person has taken the merchandise with me but didn't collect the receipt..but i said the receipt is dwon in the container if not take my card and run down you will see it...OMG this guy just refused to refund my money..he literally robbed me and i had to call police..please avoid this place as a customer we need respect and value of our hard earn money...there are many stores around for shopping I hate this place is used to love this place and very often i used to do my family shopping now and then.....but unfortunately it's not worth it...he was just toooo rude to refuse and refund my money..thanx guys please...

Well in this store should be own by bengali people that work they fit so perfect in this store and it should be two bengali people that work for cash year and they should be two lines so the line won't have to be long and the Bengals ladies will work on the back fixed the clothes and shoes or stocked things up in the store, and they need a better upgrade cash machine and also a better credit card machine that will also allow Apple Pay or Samsung pay or Google pay so it could be much better for the customer. And yes it's a nice store for the Bengali people they fit in a store like this it just need a lot of changes and this store should be own by bengali people we need real workers. And you guys should put the clothes inside and you guys need a shaded windows so the employees and the manager could be protected...

On Friday 5/17/24 The owner yelled at my mother for breaking something that was $10 by accident. My mother got hurt he didn't care about her getting hurt. All he cared about was his $10 item that someone else set up to be broken. My mother said sorry and he was screaming at her, my mother is a very very nice lady. She wouldn't hurt a fly. The owner is very lucky I wasn't there because the cops and my lawyer would have been called. As a small business owner I wouldn't ever do this to a customer. Do better it's 2024. You can write off a broken item, and my mother was willing to pay for it but you screamed at her. Also it wasn't her fault another customer put the item on the edge not her. Come here if you want to be yelled at by someone for a petty reason. I won't be supporting them...
