Kid City — Local services in Hawthorne

Extremely rude , bad customer service , people at the cashier were making snarky comments.. in front of me. I was on the phone telling my mom to send me money to pay and it said Apple Pay in which I assume that they had it at that specific register.. by that point it was 7:30 and I understand you were closing but the lady saying “ oh I guess we’re not leaving early “ was very unprofessional coming from someone who’s also worked retail … I was not rude whatsoever nor did I react when it happened but assume as I walk out I realized they should not be treating customers like that … and i want to inform management… if they are unhappy with their jobs or have something personal going on at home .. it is not right to take out on the customer or be rude .. again like I mentions I’ve worked in retail since I was 16 and they should...

This is very good place for babies, new born, toddler , kid around 10,13 years old that’s it. They have a lot of clothing for a very good price. They also have a lot of clearance that you can find , clothes for $1.99 very cheap. Their cashier some of them are so friendly but the only down side is that they send their employer to check around you ... Sometimes they be looking behind you “clothes” ,but they are looking at you like they think people are going to steal. Last time I was there and there was a girl she asked me if I needed help, I said no.. and she continue there and if I move to another area she keep moving pretending she was just doing something like not nice. Selection has improved and they have a lot of school uniforms. The quality is good and some items are the same as found in Kohls and some of the other big name stores but the prices are lower here. Good place to find reasonable jackets, jeans, sweat suits and pajamas. Also have fruit of the loom and Hanes underwear. Toys, body wash/soap, lotion, jewelry and hair accessories are also available and during the Halloween season they have costumes.
