yesterday I made a purchase in one of his store and when paying the cashier I wonder if the accessories were mine and I said yes but on the table there was a bracelet that was not mine and said that is not mine immediately shot everything back and did not want to charge me for my purchase then I asked for the customer service and she told me that it was her then I told her I think I have had good manners I have not been rudely for her to treat me like this and what I received for her answer I ask if it was yours and he got upset. This was one of my favorites stores, since I was a teenager but back in the days- but now they have young employees that are very nasty, extremely rude, I saw an EMPLOYEE who got into physical fight with a CUSTOMER, I was in shock, after that..I saw the same employee that is still working there OMG!! I’m not going back to this store for my safety, How you can keep a aggressive employee- I don’t understand I prefer to go to Wayne location, very nice...

Don’t waste you money at this store. Employees don’t know how to do their job specially the manager who was the one who charged me and couldn’t even inform me that the items couldn’t be exchanged or returned. It’s their responsibility to let customers know because customers waste their money on items that won’t be able to ware. I rather buy at...
