Subway — Restaurant in Hawthorne

This Subway for some reason has not been the best in the online ordering and in-person. I placed and online order for my husband and when he arrived they said they didn't have it and he had to leave. I called to confirm that I placed the order and the manager said I don't have your order and I said I went on your website and placed the order and gave him the order number as I was looking at my phone. He said oh sorry we gave your sandwich to the wrong person I can make another one. I said no my husband already went there and you said you didn't have it he had to leave , I want my money back. He said ok I will cancel the order. The end of the day my husband missed out on his lunch since he had to go to work from there. Very inconvenient if you ask me, whats the point in ordering before and then when you show up your sandwich was given to someone else. Ughh....anyways!

Unfortunately not the best customer service and not handled well. I usually give fast food places some extra chances but this has happend to many times at this particular spot. Not going to order from...

First off, when entering the establishment, it reeked of feet that haven’t been washed in 3 years. Secondly, the sandwiches are overpriced. The sandwich artist said his creation was worth $20 when the menu said it cost $6. After reluctantly giving him the $20, he proceeded to shove one of the $10 bills in his pocket. Finally, the staff are very rude. When I asked for a cookie, the worker there said that he won’t give it to me because I “needed to lose weight”, and when I started crying he forced me to exit the building without my sandwich. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I hope it was worth losing...

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak from this store and I must say, it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I’m not really a subways fan but I decided to give it a try after work today and I was flabbergast. The tasty sad witch combined with the amazing service really made this establishment stand out. You can really tell that staff care about the customers and will work with you to make the perfect sandwich. I will definitely...
