They need to get the orders right.

I ordered a berry blizzard and asked them NOT to put in the chocolate. The gal verified that I did not want the chocolate. I emphasized NO chocolate. Business was slow when I was there.

You guessed it...she put chocolate in.

I drove around to get it replaced. The one gal stood there making a point of rolling her eyes at me and I was handed a cup that was filled to 3/4" down from the lip.

I have never bought a blizzard that was not filled to above the lip.

I was so disgusted by their attitude I refused it and left.

I have tried repeatedly to call to speak to the manager, but the phone is always busy.

This will be my last trip...

Said I didn't want my royal cheesecake blizzard because it didn't have any cheese cake bites in it. I CHECKED. Also for story purposes I only had three bites then proceeded to dig around for these bites. Instead of saying "oh sorry let me remix and put some more in there or would you like your money back? " the cranky old woman with short hair said "the one I just made uh no there's cheese cake bites in there I know it I made it" and I go no I checked and she said OK do you want anything else? I said no and she angrily chucked the blizzard three feet into the trash can. Grow up lady and make...

Staff got confrontational after making my wife's blizzard wrong. We asked for chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and she was given a soupy vanilla s'mores blizzard. When she presented the red head with it he insisted it was made correctly (despite us ordering it before) and after showing him it was soupy he assured us "That's marshmallow fluff it's NOT soupy." Yet he didn't even flip the blizzard.

He didn't offer us our receipt or else I'd fight this there. Horrible experience I do...
