WORST internet experience. I work from home and we were buying a house. The day before move in we scheduled the installation because I CANNOT go with a gap in service. Service installation was scheduled for Friday 9/15 and was told they would be there between 1-5. At 1:48 I received a vm from Vyve that the technician was there and he would leave after 15 minutes. I leave my old rental and get to the house at 1:53 to a note on the handle that said he was there at 1:50 and had left. I eagerly call Vyve customer support to be in touch with my technician and I get transferred THREE times until I get to the right person. Her name was Laura/ Lauren and I do believe she tried had to make right of the situation. She put me on the schedule and got her supervisors approval to put us on the priority list. She told me that I would receive a call that day and that if she noticed my support ticket still open that she would give me a call to update me since she was not off until 8pm. By this time it was about 3pm. I never received a phone cal from the technician or the tech support.    Read moreI have been without internet for the past 30 days and have been trying to get someone sent to see what's wrong, since the problem isn't with my modem or router. Someone was supposed to come around 2:30 since I got off work today at 2. They started calling me over and over around 11 and because of my profession I'm not allowed to carry my phone. After I clocked out at 2 I called them back and was told that they had visited my home multiple times even though I wasn't scheduled til later. It is now 2:45 and I have been told that since I was not "on time" for the discharge person they won't be able to schedule me til later next week. Not only did they show up during a time that I did not schedule nor was I available, they then blamed me for my irresponsibility. Had 3 techs come out to do basically nothing and leave. Can't even watch Hulu clearly. Asked to speak to a supervisor many times and was told customers aren't allowed to ask to speak to management, they'll have to call me but never have after multiple request.
