Ordered delivery through their app 2 different times. The first time I placed an order and it was out for delivery 5 min later…then received another notification shortly after that it had been delivered, I waited 10 more minutes and it indeed was not so I called the store and explained the situation…they said “oh we will re make it and send it back out to you” then about 10 min after that phone call my original order showed up..when asking the driver if it was the original or the second remake he just shrugged his shoulders and said “idk I got lost before”…if you get lost you probably shouldn’t just mark it as complete..
Fast forward to today I placed another order, giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe last time was just a bad day for them…nope. They did call me when they were ‘lost’ this time but when telling them how to get to me the driver said “ummm okay well I have other deliveries on this side of town so it’s gunna be a little while longer.” They showed up 45-50 min after it was “out for delivery” and they gave my drink away to another delivery. Both times it was an hour or over before I got my food.
I will add that if you go in or go through their drive thru it is great and fast service! Unfortunately for the people stuck in an office all...

I received my order roughly 45min later at 15:22. If the text notifications are correct, my sandwich and wrap sat in the store or in the delivery driver’s vehicle for the better part of an hour getting warm and soggy. It is not the first time this has happened. I waited over an hour for my order before and was told they were busy, when I called. As well, my order has been missing items numerous times, but that seems to be standard these days from all delivery orders. Read moreOrdered a sandwich through the app, got the sandwich rather quickly, but after looking at it i realized there were no onions or avocado that I paid for. I called and told them what was wrong, 1 they didn't even apologize for my order being wrong 2 they didn't seem to care at all while I was on the phone 3 when the second sandwich arrived, the driver didn't say anything to me not a word. I thanked him for the sandwich and he just glared at me like the mistakes on the first sandwich was my fault. I paid $15 all together and at least expected someone could make a sandwich right.
