Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hays

I wouldnt stop in their again. We waited for over a hr for 5 bread sticks and a medium pizza. At the point the lady dressed in black came out and asked what we even ordered. We informed her, waited another 15 minutes and she came back again and informed us that they were really backed up. I informed her that we had been waiting for over an hour and her face was shocked. Within the next 15 mins she had our food out. But in the 2 hours we were their we got to observe that dine in tables were not cleaned off. Empolyees were eating food while at work and still placing orders and taking out food. I have worked fast food before, and im sorry if your eating you should be on your break and after returning to work should wash ones hands. The worst thing was at time of ordering we were told their were no fountain drinks. Was okay with it, whatever but not even 5 minutes later an employee walks out and refills his own cup from the fountains. Meanwhile after our long wait my bottled soda i got was hot, my daughters was hot and my wifes was hot. So far all the pizza huts i have been to have been terrible. Oakley, wakennee and hays. We were in a hurry to get on the road, we had a 7 hour drive ahead of us. We were really busy with no time to stop and eat, but we were all hungry. We ordered online and we all wanted something different. We ordered 2-pizzas 1-pasta 16-wings 2-breadsticks 2-desserts 4-sodas we were told online our order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We got to the restaurant in about 18 minutes and our order was ready and all bagged up. We were offered plates and silverware which we readily accepted and we headed out. We got on the interstate immediately and ate in the car as we started on our long ride. We didn't have time to check the bags to see if our order was correct but as we took the items out of the bags and began to eat we saw that our order was complete. Nothing was missing not even packets of crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese and napkins. We were all very impressed with the service and the quality of food we received. We will definitely recommend this Pizza Hut to others and we will order from them again 😊! Thank You so much Pizza Hut for GREAT...

Usually the staff are very fast and nice. Today was not the case. I got online to order my pizza at about 6:20pm. Was told it would be 15 minutes to pickup. I got there later, in case they were busy. Then preceded to wait out front with 3 other people who had ordered. No one came out from the back end to check on anyone and the guy who had apparently gotten there first said no one had been out to check for almost 20 minutes. I finally got my order at 7pm, but didn't even receive a receipt. The guy that had been there the longest actually left and pulled away as I was leaving. The kid that brought me my order was nice. He said he was sorry for the wait and told me to enjoy my evening. I felt bad that they were behind, but they had my phone number and email. I wish they could have contacted me to let me know the order was delayed. We had an appointment at 7pm and ended up being late and eating cold pizza almost 2 hours later. Just not the best night for our Hays...
