Before the session, they gave me a body chart where I could mark the areas that were sore, the spots I wanted to be massaged, and the ones I preferred to avoid. Thanks to this, they provided a highly precise and personalized massage.

The overall decor has a Japanese-inspired style, which creates a very calming and healing atmosphere. At the end, they even gave me a small Japanese candy—such a thoughtful touch!
