I come to this sonic a lot for the cheap drinks but I think I’m giving up after what’s happened the past several times I’ve been here. I can’t remember what day but I came here a little while ago and one of the assistant managers tried to tell me the system was down and they didn’t get my mobile order so it wasn’t paid for. Except that it did take the money off my card. And then he just walked away without saying what I needed to do to get the order. Then about a minute later a car pulled up next to me and pressed the button and had no issues. So I pressed the button and someone very clearly answered the headset and then turned it off immediately. So I pressed the button again and a woman answered and was very polite and we were able to get everything figured out. Then this Sunday, April 20, I placed 2 mobile orders for drinks. I accidentally placed the first one early because I was trying to scroll and my phone just sent it through so I called and asked if I could have them wait to make it until 5:30. When I arrived, I put in a second order since not everything was on the first one. My sister parked in one of the mobile order spots so we figured if they didn’t realize the orders were for the same name, we’d tell them when they brought the new order out. They didn’t bring the first order so we told the carhop about it and he said he’d ask around. 20 minutes later we decided to call since we hadn’t seen anyone and the guy who picked up the phone sounded like he hadn’t been told anything about an order needing to go out. So he asked what was on it. I told him it was a Rt 44 Dr Pepper add raspberry and vanilla and a chocolate chunk brownie blast medium add peanut butter. So he repeated back a Rt Dr Pepper and the blast add peanut butter. So I said yes but the Dr Pepper has raspberry and vanilla. So he said “Ok. A Dr Pepper add vanilla and the blast. Are you here?” So I said “Uh..Yeah?” And he said ok and hung up on me. And of course the Dr Pepper ended up being wrong despite me telling him twice. The last straw was yesterday when I went to get drinks and I ordered a sprite add twisted lime, coconut, and cream. Whoever made it added the cream before everything else so it ended up with more than an inch of foam and empty space at the top. There are some good people working here. There’s a carhop with I think pink and blue hair who’s always super nice and has perfect customer service. I’ve mentioned her before in feedback through sonic’s website. But the people who don’t care make it not worth it to go here because I end up interacting with them more than...
Read moreI heard sonic shakes were half price after 7:00 and a couple weeks ago I ordered 2 but was charged full price. When I questioned this the employee told me you HAD to actually ask for the deal. So I had to pay full price. I should have cancelled the order. Tonight my husband asked for the half price shake and a sundae. I asked for no whip cream. We could not make sure of the order because our machine was frozen on the last order but the lady told us we owe over $7.00. My husband called back and made sure the shake was half price and she said no you now have to do it on the internet!!! And then she didn’t cut off the machine and I heard her tell someone this guy wants a half price shake! My husband was upset and said we should just leave after all this but I said wait I don’t want to leave in case they are doing our order. So we waited and yes they brought it out but my sundae had whip cream. I told the car hop I asked to keep it off and if our machine worked I could have noticed the error in time. She said she’d fix it and brought back the same sundae having spooned it off and it looked disgusting! All milky thin on top. I told her I am not accepting this! It looks awful ! She said ok she would make me a new one. I am extremely disappointed . Ordered on the app this morning, when I arrived the order was brought to me and the car hop read it off to me, I advised her that the drink was not correct and was told that it was. I showed her the emailed reciept for the order and she argued that it did not match what was on her tablet. Do u asked that since there was obviously some sort of error could she correct it and she said no. That orders placed on line could not be changed? I pointed our correcting the mistake wasnt changing the order, and she still refused. So I asked :"to clarify you are not willing to correct this even though my receipt shows this is not what I ordered" and again she said there was no mistake on ther order. I then asked to speak to a manager and she pointed out a tag on her shirt showing that she was a manager... Last time I will bother stopping at this location. I would like to thank the Sonic customer service rep who took my call when I called their corporate office to complain for their time and professionalism.
