Worst customer service ever! Waited for almost an hour without getting my order nor a refund! I ordered online through the Taco bell app for a quick to go order. To my surprise I had to park the car to wait then had to get in the restaurant to pick up the order because waited for almost 10 minutes with nobody showing up. I approach the cashier and a lady asked me for the name to find the order. She found the order and asked the kitchen 2 ladies and a guy to prepare it for me. I sat down waiting for my order to get ready. After almost 30 minutes of wait, I walked back to the same lady asked for my name and asked again for my meal. She asked the people in the kitchen about the food and to my surprise they all hudled to discuss what is going on! One of them said that he forgot to make the order and started making it. I want back to my table waiting again for that same order. After almost another 10 minutes of wait and not getting my order, I walked again to the register but this time asking for the manager to complain about the wait time and not having my meal yet! To my surprise, they all said that they are the managers! So, I asked for a name and one person to talk with. Then one of the kitchen guy said that he is the manager but refused to let me know how and where to complain. Then another lady worker approached me saying that she is sorry and started writing her name and the number to call to complain but the lady who took my order walked in and told her that they are not allowed to pass names nor numbers! Then I asked for a refund to leave the place and they said they can't do that fir an online order! So, I ended up with no food, no refund, nor a number to complain after almost an hour of wait! On a side note, 5 people were working with almost one customer every 5 minutes. So, the place is not busy at all in a peek time, 6 pm. Also, the place is dirty inside the kitchen and the lobby! I really wish I could give zero Stars to this restaurant!! Honestly I feel like most of the workers here don't care about their job. This restaurant is supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. for breakfast it is posted on their door and online that they open up at 9:00 a.m. My husband put in a mobile order at 9:00 and we went to pick it up. We went through the drive-thru at 9:00 am and the menu board was on well the first guy who answered at the menu board was absolutely nice he said "good morning and said how can I help you" we then told him that we had a mobile order then it kind of got quiet for a second and a woman came over the speaker who said "we are closed until 10:00 a.m." Yet what's weird about that is literally about 5 days ago my husband and I ordered breakfast around 9:30 a.m. so obviously they open up at 9:00 they just don't want to do their job. Honestly I feel like the workers need to be evaluated by the owner of this establishment because it seems that most of them are not doing their job properly!! I feel that they probably open at 9:00 a.m. like it's posted but the workers are just being lazy and not wanting to do their job for the first hour of opening and that's why they are telling people that they don't open until 10:00am. I feel like they're doing that so that they can just sit there and do nothing for the first hour and get paid for just sitting around! Wish I had a way to contact the owner of this store! You guys either need to fix the hours that you have posted to make them right or, you need new workers that actually know what they're doing and can do their job...
