This location had 5 stars, Thanks to apparent manager Jessica it's now 1 star. If I could I'd give it negative 10 stars! Yesterday I went to the drive through and placed an order. I was asked to pull off to the side and park to wait, causing a traffic jam at the exit with 3 other cars blocking the way. Waiting for about 10-15 minutes when Jessica comes to my car and hands me the bag of food. She had my shake in her other hand and walks off. I called her back to say she has my shake, and that I'm missing my criscut fries when she hands me the other bag of food. My shake was half full, melted and has no whip cream. Wth?! I asked her if she could fill it up at least she agreed. So about another 5 minutes later I end up going to get my shake. Jessica is helping pack orders instead of filling my shake. I'm already frustrated. She then ask me if the bag I had, had zucchini in it? I don't know she's the one that handed me the bag. So she refuses to give me the shake and walks back with me to my car. We check the bag sure enough Jessica gave me the wrong order! Her fault not mine. She then accused me of stealing the order she handed me!! She had major attitude 🙄 I then proceeded to get a refund for all the items. Jessica told me I Need the food back. I've already touched both food bags with my hands (by the way, my order was given to another car and I'm not even sure if the other car physically touched the food). Jessica refused to refund me and gave me complete attitude, this is the type of manager you want doing your customer service?! Complete violation of CDC guidelines regarding food handling especially with Covid. I asked to speak to a manager and that's when I found out Jessica was the manager on duty!! Wow! She said that Alfredo was the manager he'll be in tomorrow 6:30am to 2:30 am, yeah right. Its also weird that "Alfredo" wasn't working and yet his name is on my receipt. Also illegal to work under someone elses till in California. Another issue with this Carl's Jr. So the next day I tried calling numerous times, no answer and the voice-mail box is full. This is extremely frustrating! I would highly recommend NOT EVER COMING HERE!!! Customer Service is main priority when it comes to fast food and this location has broken all the basic rules for running a restaurant. This place had wonderful workers. Per my previous rating of 5 stars! My issue still isn't resolved!!! I need to go down there. So RIDICULOUS!!!!! WORDS OF ADVICE, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOR ARE THEY COMPLIANT WITH FOOD SAFETY, NO GLOVES WERE EVEN USED AND JESSICA WAS BRINGING OUT ORDERS, TAKING MONEY, TOUCHING THE REGISTER AND PACKING YOUR FOOD. Read moreIf I could give this location negative stars, I definitely would. I stopped by this location around 8pm to order food thru drive thru. The person taking order could not understand the order so I decide to go inside. Even worse experience. The location was full of people so I thought it was just a busy night. It was not. It was all the employees and their families sitting around to do potluck and do gift exchange. What was more disappointing, the male Manager and employees made handmade sign stating "Charbroiler is broken-store closed". How stupid is that? All employees in uniforms were sitting in the common sitting areas, eating and hanging out. They could care less for customers. I am positive I will not go back to this location or recommend anyone. If I was management, I would be really concerned regarding this location especially type of employees working here. Management needs to understand this location sucks....
