I'm giving this place a bad rating because they never returned our call. We had an incident where we ordered a sandwhich and a clam chowder online thru uber eats then almost at the expected delivery pickup time they called us to tell us that they were out of Clam chowder!!! Not only that but the lady tild us she would call us back in 5 minutes so she could talk to her manager. She NEVER CALLED!!!!! The next day we called to follow up because we just thought maybe she was too busy and forgot. Another lady which was not the same one from the previous day says that she wasn't aware of the situation and will call her manager because most likely the manager would know what was going on, she said she would call in 5 minutes and stated it wouldn't be the case where she wouldn't forget, of course, LIES!!! its is Friday 3/8/19 NO ONE HAS CALLED!!! I’ve never made a review but I felt like I had to this time. I love Eriks sandwiches and especially their carrot cake so this is a regular spot for me. I paid and picked up my food on 6/22 and my girlfriend was called the next day being told that I paid with fake money because it was rejected from the bank. I question how they were able to tell how my 20 amongst all the others from the day was the fake ? Let alone the fact that I had gotten my 20 from the bank myself! I called the owner myself to straighten things out and He was just saying he knew it was mine and even ended up hanging up on me. Went here a couple of days ago, gotta say this easily the worst experience I've ever had, the short bald man named bryan? He was extremely rude to his employees regardless of age, the food was subpar at best, got half my order wrong with and the seadog i ordered, and to top it all off they clearly haven't cleaned or mopped the floor. Definitely infested with roaches. They have a problem with homeless people coming in and i felt uncomfortable the entire time i was there.
