I hate having to only write negative reviews but unfortunately The human condition makes bad experiences stick more than the good ones. The manager Lorraine and whoever was the assistant Jazmine if even that's their names because they're not wearing their name tags. Charged me the wrong order at the first window. Mind you I've been ordering at this McDonald's for a while now and for the most part I'm able to forgive little things like missing small items like sauces and incorrect sandwich, wrong size fries and stuff like that. But this time they miss took an entire order. And I got lip from the manager Lorraine who said it's like oh I stated your order to you. Even though she was talking to someone else on our headset for a different order. Not gonna high horse this but at this point the least they can do is give me a free meal. I have for the most part just been paying and taking the L. But instead it was my fault for not understanding the cashier/ manager.

I'll try to be a little proactive and give some constructive criticism. Instead of having two windows where one you pay and two you pick up, just use one where the point of sale occurs pay and item receive. Or if you're really adamant about having two windows then each window should be labeled and the customer be told to drive up to window one or two for their order where they pay and receive their items. This prevents the excuse of not being able to pay to correct the item and for the most part keep the cars rolling.

Read moreI appreciate that McDonald's hire people who were under the spectrum and also elders. Hats off 👏 🙌 👌.That's think makes our grandmas and grandpas feel valued.. Aside from that, I saw some young people being so friendly interacting with the elders who are McDonald's staff what a remarkable sight to witness.It's really a Very rare phenomenon, yes phenomenon to see like such interactions with the Gen Z nowadays. Because the young generations , I feel detached from social interactions.That made my day. I was not able to include my code for free French Fries but the woman at the counter just was very patient and considerate of the "little old me" who was not really familiar with such promotion plus I am not a techy savvy person. I am old school ,I remember in the Philippines couple of decades ago we use coupons for free goodies. I love the fries ,freshly cooked and the notion that it's free makes my afternoon delights really delightful. Another thing that caught my vision was they have a very clean bathroom. Almost immaculate, freshly smelling and completely stocked. However, the temperature was quite warm inside, or its just me , because I love cold temperature 😆. And I just came from a very long walk . I know I shoukdnt be fuzzy after all the awesome experiences I had this lovely afternoon. I also love the interiors , a mix of sassy and funky. Read moreI do not like the Kiosk McDonald's has inside now. You order the food then you have to pay for the food at the front counter. Whatever happen to full service? This is not a grocery store where they have self service check out lines.
I rather be waited on by an employee than use the self service kiosk. Honestly, This was much slower than telling a cashier what you like to order. I knew what I wanted to order but the self service machine was much slower. People deserve to have a job than having a machine do the job for them. I understand other things have to be done but waiting on a customer is more important. I been to several McDonald's and none of them have the self service kiosk. Short lines and every is sitting enjoying their meal. This McDonald's with the kiosk had 10 to 15 people waiting to use the self service kiosk and hardly anyone sitting down eating.
Self service kiosk might be more convenient for the customer so they do not have to stand in long line lines during rush hour but it's also a waste of time when it's not busy at all.
My opinion the kiosk is pointless! Just have 2 cashiers problem solved.
Companies today would rather have the customer do all work than pay an employee to help the customer.
