Mission Hills Cafe: A Hole-in-One for Breakfast Yo foodies! Listen up, because I just teed off on an epic breakfast adventure at Mission Hills Cafe in Hayward, CA. This spot is a double bogey for both casual diners and golfers looking for a pre-course fuel-up. First things first, let's talk about the atmosphere. It's chill and welcoming, perfect for starting your day off right. But here's the secret sauce: the staff. My waitress, Andy, was on point. Served my breakfast nice and hot with the speed of a driver finding a lost ball, and always had a smile that could rival a birdie putt. Now, onto the main course: the Spring Time Omelette. This bad boy was bursting with fresh, seasonal veggies, mushrooms, spinach, cooked to a perfect crisp-tenderness. It felt like Chef Hector himself had picked them straight from the garden – major kudos to his skills! Plus, it came with these thin slices of sourdough toast that were toasted to a delightful golden brown and amazing hash brown you don't want to miss. The kind of toast that makes you wanna go back for (or maybe that's just me?). Overall, Mission Hills Cafe is a surefire ace for breakfast. Great food, awesome staff, and a vibe that's relaxed yet satisfying. So, whether you're swinging by for a pre-round bite or just a casual weekend breakfast, this spot is a definite must-try. Just be warned, you might find yourself wanting to linger a bit longer than expected – and that's a good thing!

This is the best kept secret in Hayward. The outdoor dining ambiance is as lovely as any "high-end" golf course restaurant. The staff is always super accommodating! The chicken cranberry salad or sandwich are among my absolute favorites. I often enjoy an 805 brewsky. Yesterday, however, I opted for a Cadillac margarita. I enjoyed it very much. Parking is easy -- especially for a handicapped person like me. Restrooms are clean and convenient. I go there fairly frequently when I'm in the area. I'm sure you'll be equally as impressed.
