If I could give them negative Stars I would. They did catering for my wedding but they suck. They were more than an hour late. And these are the people that were supposed to have the appetizers for my wedding none of my guest got appetizers. Then they were not prepared they didn't have chafing dishes they didn't have serving spoons luckily I had 2 catering company the Fiji Indian food and the African food and the African food people have to help them with all these things that they should have came with. End of the night after the fact they were so late they were the first one to pack up and leave. they didn't leave us any of the food that we paid for because our guest didn't get to eat them since they came late and so unprepared. I will not hire them again I would definitely go with Viti Curry House, 8275 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95828,next time. I rather pay the traveling cost for them then have this is unprepared people. Food is such a big part of your event and if your catering company is so unprepared and so unprofessional how can you like want...

We visited the store today and we were so disappointed in the customer service. This place is definitely lacking the Fiji hospitality. Poonam, the owner’s daughter does not know how to greet customers and or assist them in a polite manner. She had an attitude with one customer and with us she chose to ignore our questions about the prices of items in the store. We will be contacting Better Business Bureau regarding their service and failure to display prices as we were charged different amount then what was “quoted”. I understand we have bad days but if you don’t know how to talk to customers and ignore them then maybe stay in the back and or at home. I just saw the reviews on both google and yelp and so many negative reviews are based on her behavior. It’s unfortunate she is the owner’s daughter because this business won’t last long with her attitude and behavior...

This 1star is for customer service. Their food is delicious. U have to place order for plau that they only serve on Saturdays. I placed my order at 10:30am with one of the girls. She said ok. I went to pick up my lunch they had sold it to someone else. No more plau. So the dad (owner) comes out n says he is sorry they sold it to someone else . It was sold out. So what a better business man wud say m sorry can I offer you something else on the menu since we screwed up. I get it these people r not that educated with degrees to behave in a professional manner but as a kind human being anyone wud have done that..make up for your mistake n keep your customers happy. Mind you I will have to make other plans for lunch now. We all human beings n make mistakes but owning it n walking an extra mile to show u care makes all...
