I’ve gone to Katie twice for my hair and both visits have been so great 💜 I shared with her that I’ve had bad haircut experiences in the past and she made sure to talk me through the process before doing anything to make sure we were on the same page and I felt comfortable about how much she would cut and where. She is so meticulous and knowledgeable but also kind and warm whenever I go see her. She also gives me great tips on how I can care for my hair after I leave the salon! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair and it also grew out beautifully after the first cut so I will definitely be going back when I need a trim or anything done to my hair. It was a great experience. I've always struggle going to salons because of my long, thick, curly hair. I usually get a mouth drop when I remove my ponytail but Katie did not make me feel like that at all. She showed genuine care with my scalp and hair dryness problems. She worked on a treatment plan for me as well as researcher daily products I could use to improve my scalp and hair. I parked inside the parking lot and it took me awhile to find the place to go in the salon. When I found it, Katie came and opened the door for me. The service went by fast in less than an hour and I was able to do hair tinsels for the first time. It turned out great and I love the look.
