Wow! The last 2 weeks of me going to checkers has made me feel like I have another family outside of home. Starting with Brandon very friendly and always there with a smile grinding/working hard for his family. Jennifer who was also very friendly and introduced me to the reward program that has had me saving money and getting free items already. Frank the boss man that is also always there working hard with his team leading by example, taking care any concerns I had with a smile. You guys Rock! UPDATE 2 Years later: This would be my 3rd incident with an associate named Joe now I know to be a manager. First time I was pulled to the second window around on the other side to pick up my order that I thought would be fresh because they had me waiting so long, all to have a very greasy fish sandwich( Familiar face, Joe) Second time drive-through cashier kept asking me to repeat my order get up to the window, familiar face, (Joe) all for me to get home and then have the extra cheese on my Fish sandwich after repeating it at least three times. Today 09/18/24 pulled in to place an order and cashier, said after every word I said, anything else, anything else so many times to the point I decided not to order anymore. Very rude. Ask for a manager, Joe comes to the window name tag manager Joe. I politely let him know. Hey, you might wanna listen out to your cashier because its very rude to ask anything else anything else multiple times the way she did today and his response was well. That’s what we do. I come there a lot after school for my kids and never been rushed the way I was rushed today, really wish Frank or Jennifer was there today. Cashier name on the receipt was (Storm)....
Read moreI never share my experiences, but I feel it's important to the women at window who serviced me last night at around 10 pm last night. She was very unprofessional as I asked her at the pick up window "Can you add 1 more sml fry please?" She replied "I already rung your order up". To my reply "What does that mean? You can't add another fry to my order?" She then rolled her eyes at me and turned around and gave my extra fry order to somebody in back and smirked laughing with the person in back. She never thanked me or evan looked at me the whole transaction. She kept an ongoing conversation with whoever was in back cooking. It is a reflection of this women that will cause me to never return to checkers. PS my order was, 2 for $4 (burger & fish sandwich) 1 fry and 1 sml pibb. My fish was hard as a rock and cold and had to throw it away. My burger was cold and my fry was reheated and dried out but warm. Read moreHit or miss. How many times does a person have to say, "does that complete your order?" I'll be sure to let you know when I'm done with my selection. She literally asked after every single item. Not life threatening, but definitely annoying. As far as the food, go early for the apple pies because at night they seem to never have them... They are just that good. Food order was right... this time. Leaving off the tomatoes is far too daunting a task for the night crew. Day crew got it right. I understand when ordering for a family of five it can get a little tricky but appreciate your customers enough to get there order right ALL the time. They have a sign in the window saying we should appreciate the employees that show up to work, but I believe some of them forget to reciprocate. Not all of them tho.
