House of Shamrocks — Restaurant in Hazel Park

Currently at the outside bar with my sister. I would have given this a 2 start because of the lack of service we received. My sister asked for the outside waitress to come see us. Waited 10 minutes without anything. She went to the bar to get a menu. 10 minutes later she came over to us and took our order. Came back with the food pretty quick. Food was great but when she gave me the food she took my shot glass and didnt even ask me if I needed a drink and walked away. 25 min go by without her coming back over. A person that works here named Chris if I'm not mistaken, he was taking a smoke break and during he actually talked to us and took away the trash we had while he was on a break. The outside waitress was more concerned with taking hits from a wax pen than tending to customers. We cashed out and now it is 20 min later she still hasn't came back for our signed copy. Chris and the bartender outside were great through. They made things right which is why this reviews is good. Oh hey! She just now came and grabbed the receipt at midnight. 20 min after we signed it and we havent seen her since until now. We were there a month ago. There were about 25 of us. We are no longer allowed there because the men we were with were wearing "colors" and are "bikers." None of us were a problem or started anything with anyone. One bad review from 1 paying customer over 20+ paying customers and we're no longer allowed in the establishment? Doesn't make sense to me. We will never go there or order from there again. Our 20+ bikers will tell 20+ bikers who will tell 20+ bikers, and so on and so on. I find it to be disrespectful to be told we can no longer enter over one bad review when the person who left it never came over to speak to the "bikers" wearing their "colors." My understanding was that the owner allowed the bikers in colors because they have never shown anything but the upmost respect to the establishment and employees.

The owner was there that night. He was called ahead of time to make sure they had room for us. He greeted all the bikers and never said anything about them needing to remove their colors or to leave. His blatantly lying in his reply to this review. We will never return with or...

It wasn't my 1st time there but it was my boyfriend's 1st time. I mentioned the wings were pretty good. He loves wings, so we ordered 12. He wanted garlic parmesan and I wanted a dry rub. And that isn't what we got. I asked the waitress about it and she said well we don't technically have garlic parmesan, we have a garlic butter spread that we put on it...(it did not taste good at all) And then I asked about the dry rub because mine were definitely not dry rubbed.. We also had some chicken noodle soup that Didn't exactly look like chicken noodle soup. But it was good and it tasted like a combination of chicken and dumpling soup and chicken noodle. So we had ordered more wings hopefully with the correct Stuff on it and then we decided to forget it and waitress gave us our bill for the chicken noodle soup and I just figured for our inconvenience that we wouldn't have to pay For the soup..
